More Chefs

This section will feature some of my favorite chefs I have encountered in restaurants across the country.  Some I have worked with, some I have had the pleasure of meeting, and some... well, some who I admire greatly from afar simply because of what I have learned about them.  They are the masters of imagination who bring you culinary delights that have piqued your appetites, tantalized your taste buds and made you smile.  From the west coast to the mid-west, whether you know them or not, I hope you enjoy reading about them.
